Cyber Diversity in Action is an initiative where Offsec provides free cybersecurity courses to charities, foundations, and nonprofits worldwide. Our mission is to support organizations focused on bridging the diversity gap and underrepresented groups in cybersecurity and information security. These include women, minority groups, LGBTQ+, Latinx, disabled, indigenous people, and individuals living below the poverty line where access to training is limited based on their income.
The CDiA Giving Program aims to support communities all over world towards those living below the poverty line, with restricted access to education, and those limited with health or mobility issues, and enable prospective students to acquire the skills to protect businesses from cyber attacks and to inspire change.
OffSec is one of the leading global training providers of cybersecurity that empowers the world to fight cyber threats. We provide organizations focused on helping underrepresented groups with free Learn Fundamentals training and courses with certification exams. Our innovative approach has a lasting, positive impact on the community in all parts of the world.
The CDiA program facilitates course donations year-round to maximize the impact of charitable actions in local communities. We have donated free courses to over 23 nonprofits to support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of underrepresented groups in cybersecurity, resulting in 180+ students receiving free Cyber Security training to become tomorrow's elite.
