Product unavailable The product you are trying to assign is not available for the selected individual. Please select a different product. |
This error occurs when the learner's purchase history prevents the system from provisioning the product. For example, you are assigning a secondary product (e.g., a PEN-200 lab extension or an OSCP certification exam) to a learner who never took the individual main course. The only products you can assign in this case will be the course and certification exam bundle or a subscription. | Assign a different product to the learner. If you require more information on what products the learner is eligible for contact orders@offensive-security.com and our support team will be happy to assist you. |
