A machine must be running to access its walkthrough. You are only able to access one walkthrough every 24 hours.

The walkthrough of a machine is available right after you have started the machine. You can find more information about a machine, including if it contains a walkthrough by clicking the machine name. 

Note: If you access a walkthrough, there will be a deduction of your points. However, if you have submitted all of the flags for that machine, you have free access without any deduction.

How to access walkthroughs 

You can access the walkthrough by clicking the machine name and you will get redirected to the Lab Info page. Walkthrough can be found on the left hand navigation section.

The walkthrough will only be accessible if you have started the machine. 

Does every machine in the OffSec Cyber Ranges (OCR), Dedicated Cyber Ranges (DCR), and Proving Grounds (PG) come with a walkthrough?

Yes, all machines in OCR, DCR, and PG include walkthroughs.
