Learners will be able to generate a set of course materials (PDF and videos) once their access to the course starts. It is highly recommended that you generate and download your course materials no later than 10 days before your lab access ends. Requesting to generate your materials too close to your lab end date may prevent you from completing the process.
Once materials are generated, you will receive an email notification and you'll have 72 hours to download them. Please make sure to download the pdf and videos versions of the materials from the Topics and Videos tab respectively.
Please be aware that you can only request a download once per course. Once you have initiated the download for your course materials, the option to request it again will no longer be available.

To whom are course downloads available for?
Course downloads are available for learners that purchase OffSec Course & Cert Exam Bundles, Learn One Subscriptions (for the selected course), and learners that purchase Learn Unlimited for up to three courses of their choosing.
Please note that the CyberCore - Security Essentials course does not include any downloadable files.
For additional information about Learn Subscription material downloads, please visit our Downloads in Subscriptions Blog Post.
What content can be downloaded?
The downloadable material includes the course book content in PDF format and the Videos.
What courses can be downloaded?
All 200 level courses (except for PEN-210 WiFu) and 300 level courses. Courses must be fully released.
Why are the course materials for PEN-210 or 100 level content not available for download?
Content download is only available for the main course(s) purchased. The option to download is not available for complimentary products.
Can I receive my course materials early?
It is not possible to receive access to the course materials prior to your lab start date as our courses have been designed to be worked through in the labs as you progress through the materials.
How can I download my materials once my course/subscription has started?
To generate and download your course materials, please follow the steps described in our How to Download Course Materials from the Learning Library guide.
I purchased additional lab access, why can't I download the course materials?
Purchasing additional lab access in the Offsec Learning Library will give you online access to the latest version of the course materials. The updated books and videos will only be available in the Learning Library interface and cannot be downloaded.
Can I get a new copy of the materials after I've downloaded them?
We do not retain copies of the videos and PDFs. Please ensure you make backup copies of your course materials as we are unable to generate a new copy for any reason. If you are studying in the Offsec Learning Library, you can access the latest version of the training materials by purchasing additional lab access. Note, the updated books and videos will only be available in the Learning Library and will not be downloadable.
Will I still have access to the course materials once my lab ends?
Once your lab time has ended, you will no longer have access to the online books and videos. As our courses have been designed to be worked through in the labs as you progress through the materials, the access in the Offsec Learning Library is granted and stopped at the same time for both resources.
However, you should be able to access the version of the course materials you have downloaded even if your access ends.
Please do make sure to have back up copies of your course materials as we will not be able to regenerate a new one for any reason.
Am I allowed to do what I want with my course materials?
Your course materials are for your own personal use and cannot be shared. This applies regardless of their form (online or downloaded version). Sharing your login credentials is the same as sharing a downloaded version of the course material and may result in a lifetime ban from any future courses or offerings by OffSec.
