This article explains how to sign in to the OffSec Help Center, create a Help Center account, submit a support request, verify your email address, and view your open requests.
You can submit a support request while signed in or without signing in. If you submit without signing in, you must verify your email address before OffSec Support receives your request. After verifying, you can also choose to activate a Help Center account to track your ticket directly in the portal.
Sign In to the Help Center
- Go to the OffSec Help Center - Navigate to https://help.offsec.com in your browser.
- Select Sign In - Click Sign in in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Enter your credentials - Enter your registered email address and password.
If you do not have a Help Center account, select Sign up on the sign-in screen.
Create a Help Center Account
Follow these steps to register for a new account.
- Select Sign in - Click Sign in in the upper-right corner.
- Select Sign up - Click Sign up on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your details - Provide your name (required) and email address (required).
- Select Sign up - Click Sign up to submit your registration.
Activate Your Account
After signing up, check your inbox for an email with a subject similar to Activate account for OffSec.
- Open the email.
- Select Activate account.
- Create a password that meets the listed requirements.
- Select Create password.
Once your password is created, your Help Center account is activated and you can sign in.
Note: If you previously submitted a support request, you may already have a Help Center account. If you do not remember your password, use the Reset password option on the sign-in screen.
Submit a Support Request
You can submit a request while signed in or without signing in. Signing in is recommended — it skips the email verification step.
Option A: Submit While Signed In (Recommended)
When you are signed in, your email address is already linked to your account and your request is submitted immediately.
- Select Submit a request - Click Submit a request from the Help Center navigation.

Complete the request form - Fill in all relevant fields. Include as much detail as possible.
- The product, course, exam, or service related to your issue
- Your OSID, if applicable (numeric portion only)
- A portal link, if applicable
- Screenshots or attachments, if helpful
- Select Submit - Click Submit. Your request is sent to OffSec Support immediately.
Option B: Submit Without Signing In
You can also submit a request without a Help Center account. You will need to verify your email address before your request reaches OffSec Support.
- Go to the OffSec Help Center - Navigate to https://help.offsec.com.
- Select Submit a request - Click Submit a request in the navigation.

Complete all required fields - See the required fields listed below.
- Your email address
- Subject
- Description
- Request type
- OSID, if applicable — enter the numeric portion only
- Portal Link, if applicable
- Attachments (optional)
- Select Submit - Click Submit. A verification email will be sent to the address you provided.
After you select Submit, you may see a message that your request has not yet been submitted. This is expected. A verification email has been sent to the email address you entered. Your request will not reach OffSec Support until you complete email verification.
Verify Your Email Address
If you submitted a request without signing in, check your inbox for a verification email from OffSec.
- Open the verification email - Look for an email from OffSec in your inbox.
- Select the verification link - Click the link inside the email.
- Wait for the confirmation page - A confirmation screen will appear once verification is complete.
Once your email address is verified, your request is submitted to OffSec Support, and you will begin receiving status updates by email.
Did Not Receive the Verification Email?
Try the following steps:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
- Confirm that the email address was entered correctly
- Wait a few minutes and check again
- If needed, submit the request again
Your request will not reach OffSec Support until the email address is verified.
Activate a Help Center Account to Track Your Request
After your email is verified and your ticket is submitted, you will receive support updates by email. You can also activate a Help Center account at any time to view and manage your request directly in the portal.
This step is optional. If you prefer to receive updates only by email, no action is required.
How to Activate Your Account
- Go to the OffSec Help Center - Navigate to https://help.offsec.com in your browser.
- Select Sign in - Click Sign in in the upper-right corner.
- Select Request password - On the sign-in screen, select the Reset password option.
- Enter your email address - Use the same email address you used when submitting your support request.
- Check your inbox - An account activation email will be sent to that address.
- Select the activation link - Open the email and click the link to set your password.
- Create your password - Set a password that meets the listed requirements and select Create password.
View Your Support Requests
After signing in, you can view and manage all your support requests.
- Select your profile icon - Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select My activities - Click My activities from the dropdown menu.
- Open My requests - Select My requests to view your full request history.
From My requests, you can:
- View the current status of your requests
- Read replies from OffSec Support
- Respond to open tickets
