Conduct that violates our Academic Policy, including cheating during an exam, collaborating with or receiving assistance from others, and sharing, leaking, or using exam materials, reports or solutions, is treated seriously.

When a potential violation is identified, the account is suspended while the matter is investigated. If the investigation confirms a violation, the consequences include:

• a learner not receiving the certification;
• revocation of certifications that were already issued; and
• a lifetime ban from future OffSec courses and offerings.

These consequences also protect the work of others. If your exam report or notes are found to have been used by another person, your own certification is subject to review and revocation, regardless of the time passed since your own exam. 

Keep your exam reports and notes secure, and never share them or make them accessible to anyone.
