To switch payment methods we need to do a refund, and this entails canceling the course and then canceling the payment through our merchant account.

Please be aware that there is a $50.00 USD fee for transaction cancellations and refunds.

Once the refund is complete on our side, we will update your account and send you a new purchase link for you or your sponsor to use. You will see the funds returned to your bank account within 3-5 business days.

Note, you will be unable to the switch payment method if you do not meet the refund eligibility criteria.
