You may request a refund within three (3) months of the payment date. Please be aware that there is a $50.00 USD fee for refunds.*

We are unable to offer refunds at all:

• if your course has already begun
• if you have downloaded your course materials or scheduled an exam
• if three (3) or more months have passed since purchasing the product
• if you have purchased a subscription

Should you wish to apply for a refund, please submit a request.

If you are eligible for any payment adjustments related to promotions, OffSec will notify you via email and will be processing the refund accordingly. There is no refund fee associated with payment adjustments related to promotions.

Please note that refund processing will take up to 2 days to process from the moment we received the payment and your financial institution may take 3 to 5 business days to return the funds to your account.

* Learners who are found to be in violation of our Academic Policy will not be refunded and may receive a lifetime ban.
