When you certify with OffSec, you agree to keep your exam report, notes, and related materials secure, and not to share them or make them accessible to anyone, including an employer. Keeping these materials protected is one of the terms you accept as part of certifying.
If your report is copied or reused by someone else, that is treated as a breach of this obligation even if you did not cheat during your exam. When this is identified, it is reviewed, and if confirmed your certification may be revoked.
To protect your certification, never store your report where others can reach it and never share it. It is recommended that all of your related exam materials be encrypted after use. If you believe a decision affecting your certification was made in error, it may be appealed.
