If you haven’t received your activation email, please follow these steps:

Check your spam or junk mail folders.
The activation email will be sent from no-reply@offsec.com. It may have been filtered as spam by your email provider. -
Whitelist OffSec email domains.
To ensure future emails are successfully delivered, please add the following domains to your email allowlist (safe sender list):-
@offensive-security.com

@offsec.com
These domains are used for important communications, including activation emails, exam reminders, and support updates.

If you're using a company email (organization domain):
Your organization may be blocking automated emails at the server level. We recommend contacting your IT department to check if emails from OffSec are being filtered or blocked—and to request that the above domains be whitelisted. -
Request a resend of the activation email.
Go to the OffSec login page, attempt to sign in with your registered email, and if your account is inactive, a new activation email will be automatically sent. -
