If your account was migrated to the new OffSec Learning Library, access is usually straightforward. Be sure to use the same email address associated with your account in OffSec’s previous system.
Start with the option that best matches your situation:
- I’ve never created a Learning Library or Proving Grounds account
- I already have a Learning Library or Proving Grounds account
I’ve never created a Learning Library or Proving Grounds account
To access your account, sign up using the same email address you used in OffSec’s previous system.
After you sign up, you should receive a verification email within minutes. If you have trouble receiving that email, follow OffSec’s activation-email troubleshooting steps here.
If you no longer have access to the email address you registered with previously, please contact us to update your information before you try to access your account. Always be sure to include your OSID when contacting OffSec.
I already have a Learning Library or Proving Grounds account
If you already have a PG Play or Practice account, you can now log into the OffSec Learning Library.
Note, in order to see your migrated information, your existing account needs to be under the same email address registered in the old system.
If you created a Proving Grounds account in the past but do not remember your password, use the password reset process. Once your password is changed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email and be redirected to the Sign In page.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your old Proving Grounds account, please submit a request here.
Having trouble?
Here are the most common reasons account access does not work after migration.
My migrated information isn’t showing
Make sure you signed in with the same email address you used in OffSec’s previous system. If the email does not match, your migrated information will not appear.
I didn’t get the verification email
Check your inbox and spam folder first, then follow OffSec’s activation email troubleshooting steps.
I can’t access my old email address
Contact OffSec Support and include your OSID so the team can help recover or update your account.
