The My Access page gives you one place to review the OffSec products, subscriptions, organization-provided access, certifications, and learning benefits connected to your account.
Depending on your access, you may see active products, upcoming access, expired products, used exam attempts, certification maintenance information, and links to included learning resources.

Where can I find the My Access page?
To open the My Access page:
- Log in to your OffSec account.
- Select your username in the upper-right corner.
- Open the dropdown menu.
- Select My Access.
The My Access option is available to most users.
If your access is managed by an organization, the option may not appear in your Profile menu depending on your organization’s account settings.
What sections will I see?
The My Access page may contain two sections.
My Products
The My Products section shows products and access that are:
- Currently active
- Assigned to you by an organization
- Always available
- Scheduled to begin in the future
History
The History section shows products and access that are no longer active, including:
- Expired products
- Exam attempts that have already been used
A section will not appear if there are no items to display.
What information appears on each product card?
What appears on each product card depends on what you purchased or were given access to. A card may include:
- The product name
- The type of access
- The purchase or access date, when applicable
- The number of days remaining
- The number of days until access begins
- The number of days until automatic renewal
- The number of exam attempts used out of the total included, when applicable
- An Assigned to You badge for organization-provided access
- An expandable list of included benefits
The details shown depend on the product and how it was provided to you.
What do the different access messages mean?
The message shown on a product card reflects its current status.
You may see messages such as:
- N days remaining — Your access is active for a limited period.
- Starts in N days — Your access has not started yet.
- Auto renews in N days — Your subscription is active and scheduled to renew automatically.
- Renewal cancelled · N days remaining — Your subscription will not renew automatically. Your access stays active until the end of the current period.
- Always available — Your access does not expire.
- Complimentary — The product was provided at no cost.
- Expired N days ago — Your access is no longer active.
- Organization License · N days remaining — The product was assigned through your organization.
The number of days shown is based on the access dates connected to your entitlement.
What products may appear under My Products?
The My Products section may include several types of access.
Active products
An active product with a limited access period may show the number of days remaining.
If the product has not started yet, it may show the number of days until access begins.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
An active subscription may show:
- The purchase date
- The number of days until automatic renewal
The Annual Membership Program is one example of an auto-renewing subscription.
Organization-assigned products
Products assigned through an organization may display:
- An Assigned to You badge
- Organization License
- The number of days remaining
Examples may include Learn One, CyberCore, and other organization-provided products.
Learn Enterprise access
Learn Enterprise access is provided through an organization.
Depending on your entitlement, the included benefits may include:
- Full library access, which opens the Library
- Unlimited exam attempts, when included with your license
Unlimited exam attempts is shown as an entitlement and does not open another page.
Free access
Some products, such as OffSec Free Access, may display:
- Always available
This means the access does not expire.
What is included with an Annual Membership Program subscription?
If you have an active Annual Membership Program subscription, you may see benefits such as:
- Annual Maintenance Fees
- CPE rotating content
- Rotating labs
- PG Practice
- Other learning and certification benefits included with your membership
The exact benefits shown depend on your membership and account entitlements.
What is the Annual Maintenance Fees tile?
The Annual Maintenance Fees tile helps you review maintenance information for eligible certifications that expire.
It may show:
- Certifications that require maintenance
- Completed annual maintenance requirements
- Outstanding maintenance requirements
- Whether additional action may be needed
You may see this tile if Annual Maintenance Fee coverage is included with your membership or connected to your account separately.
Why do AMP and AMF show different benefits?
The Annual Membership Program and Annual Maintenance Fee support different needs.
The Annual Membership Program may include learning, practice, and certification benefits, such as:
- Rotating learning content
- Labs
- PG Practice
- Certification maintenance coverage
The Annual Maintenance Fee focuses on maintaining eligible certifications that expire.
Because these products serve different purposes, the benefits shown on the My Access page may differ.
Why does the Annual Maintenance Fees tile show more than one certification?
If you hold more than one eligible certification that expires, you may see a separate maintenance card for each certification.
Each card shows the maintenance status for that certification.
Expiring certifications that may appear after you earn them include:
- OSCP+
- OSAI+
- OSTH
- OSIR
- OSCC-SEC
- OSCC-SJD
Non-expiring certifications, including OSCP and OSAI, will not appear because they do not require maintenance.
What is the “What’s Included” section?
Select What’s Included on an active product card to view the benefits connected to that product.
Benefits may include:
- Courses
- Labs
- Learning paths
- Library access
- Exam-related benefits
- Certification maintenance benefits
When a benefit links to another part of the OffSec platform, selecting it opens the related course, lab, learning path, or Library page.
What appears in the History section?
The History section shows products and access that are no longer active.
This may include:
- Expired products
- Used exam attempts
Expired products may display:
- An Expired badge
- The number of days since expiration
- A collapsed What Was Included section
- Previous benefits shown for reference
- A note explaining that the access is no longer active
Historical benefits are informational and do not represent current access.
Why does an exam attempt appear in History?
An exam attempt may move to History after it has been used.
A used exam attempt is no longer available to launch and remains visible as part of your previous access.
Why don’t I see one of my products?
A product may not appear if:
- It is connected to a different OffSec account
- It has not yet been assigned or processed
- It is accessed from another part of the learning platform
- It does not create a separate My Access entry
Confirm that you are signed in with the account used for the purchase or assignment.
If the product should be connected to your current account and is still missing, contact OffSec Support.
