What is the goal of an Upskill Program?

For example, a program may guide learners from beginner-level concepts to more advanced roles, such as AI Red Team Operator. Different programs may have different stages depending on the skills or roles they support.

How does an Upskill Program work?

An Upskill Program is divided into stages.

Each stage focuses on specific skills, knowledge areas, and role-based outcomes. Learners complete the learning content for their current stage, then take an assessment to confirm whether they are ready to move forward.

What is a placement assessment?

A placement assessment helps identify your current knowledge level and recommends the best starting stage for you.

It is not a pass-or-fail test. Its purpose is to place you at the stage that best matches what you already know, so you can start at the right level.

Why do I need to take a placement assessment?

The placement assessment helps make sure you are not starting too far ahead or too far behind.

It allows the platform to recommend a stage that matches your current skills, so your learning path feels more useful and manageable.

Do I have to complete the program in stages?

Yes. Upskill Programs are designed as stage-based learning journeys.

You complete the recommended stage first, then move forward as you complete the required learning activities and assessments.

What do I do in each stage?

Are assessments part of the program?

What score do I need to pass a stage assessment?

You need a score of 70% or higher to pass a stage assessment and move to the next stage.

What happens if I don't pass a stage assessment?

You can review the stage's learning content and retake the assessment. Not passing doesn't remove any progress — it just means you're not yet ready for the next stage.

Will my progress be tracked?

Yes. Upskill Programs include progress tracking.

You may see both overall program progress and stage-level progress. The platform may also show a card on the program landing page or stage pages to help you see where you left off and what to focus on next.

How do I access Upskill Programs?

Why can I see Upskill Programs in the navigation but not access the full content?

The Upskill Programs feature may appear in the navigation for all users, but full stage content is limited to users with the appropriate Learn Enterprise license.

If you do not have the required license, you may not be able to view the full program or stage content.
