This happens when the user is connected to the VPN from more than one computer or location. The VPN will then restart every minute.

To avoid this, please ensure that you are logged in from only one computer or location. Having multiple connections to the VPN can cause such issues as the environment can only support one active connection at a time.

To disconnect from the VPN, press CTRL+C or run sudo killall -w openvpn in the terminal. Closing the terminal or shutting down your laptop/VM may not immediately terminate the VPN connection and could leave it active.
