Only Learn Enterprise subscriptions can be reassigned by admins during the active subscription period through your organization’s product dashboard.  However, please note that reassignment is only allowed if the account holds at least five active Learn Enterprise licenses. This allows flexibility to reallocate licenses as needed within larger teams. To initiate reassignment, please go through the steps here.

For other Learn subscriptions such as the Learn Fundamentals, and Learn One, these licenses are generally not reassignable once assigned, as they are tied to the individual learner by design. However, if a license was assigned to the wrong user and has not been accessed or used, reassignment may be possible through OffSec support. Please note that such cases require review and cannot be managed directly by your admins.

Please note that:

• Once a subscription is reassigned, the subscription period will remain unchanged. Upon reassignment, the new learner who receives the license will have access for the remainder of the subscription period.
• If the reassigned license is for a Learn One subscription, the selected primary course cannot be changed. The new learner must continue with the same course as the previous user.
