This FAQ addresses common questions about the OffSec Learn Enterprise subscription:

What is a Learn Enterprise subscription?

Learn Enterprise subscription is OffSec’s annual or multi-year subscription designed exclusively for organizations that need flexible, scalable cybersecurity training for their teams. It provides full online access to OffSec’s complete Learning Library, practical labs, the Cyber Range, CyberCore content, assessments, and all exam certification attempts. All training is self-paced, online-only, and fully managed through the OffSec Learning Library.

What does a Learn Enterprise subscription include?

Each Learn Enterprise subscription includes:

  • Full access to the OffSec Learning Library, including all 200-level and 300-level course content, PG Play, PG Practice, CyberCore and the OffSec Cyber Range.
  • Assessments and digital badges for fundamental-level content (e.g., Network Penetration Testing Essentials, Security Operations Essentials, Web Application Assessment Essentials).
  • Baseline assessments
  • Includes 6 exam attempts per certification, per year. Exam attempts are not included for Learn Enterprise Trial Access.

Who can purchase a Learn Enterprise subscription?

Learn Enterprise subscriptions are available for purchase by both individuals and organizations.

How can I purchase a Learn Enterprise subscription?

Both individuals and organizations can purchase a Learn Enterprise subscription.

  • If you’re new to OffSec and need 2 or more Learn Enterprise licenses, you can purchase them directly through our website. If you only need 1 Learn Enterprise license, please contact our Sales team here, and they’ll be happy to assist you.
  • If you’re an existing Enterprise admin and need additional Learn Enterprise licenses, you can purchase them directly through the Buy More page.

How do certification exams work with Learn Enterprise subscription?

For Learn Enterprise purchases made through our website starting February 25, 2026, each certification includes 6 exam attempts per year. The standard exam cooling periods apply after every failed exam attempt.

For purchases made before February 25, 2026, existing admins with available Learn Enterprise exam attempts remains valid and assignable. If additional exam attempts are needed, they can coordinate directly with their Enterprise Care representative or OffSec sales team for guidance.

Does Learn Enterprise subscription include live classes?

No. Learn Enterprise is designed for flexible, self-paced online learning. Learners study through videos, hands-on labs, interactive modules, and practical exercises. Live instructor-led classes are not part of the subscription.

Can I pause my Learn Enterprise subscription if I don’t have time to study right now?

Once the Learn Enterprise subscription has started, the access to course content will run in a consecutive block of time, and cannot be paused for any reason.

Learners are advised to plan their schedule and ensure they have adequate time to commit to the course in its entirety before beginning. They should also ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary tools and resources to engage with the content effectively.

In the event that a learner can no longer use the subscription, the license can be reassigned to a new learner, provided that the account has at least five (5) active Learn Enterprise subscription licenses. Admins can reassign unused licenses to other active learners at any time during the subscription period. Can Learn Enterprise subscription run concurrently with other OffSec products?

Yes — learners may hold other active OffSec products (like an individual Course & Cert Exam Bundle) alongside Learn Enterprise subscription. If any other product expires after the Learn Enterprise term ends, learners keep access to that product until its expiry date.

How Are the Learn Enterprise Exams Assigned?

  • For Learn Enterprise purchases made through our website starting February 25, 2026, it automatically includes exam attempts and no manual assignment is needed.
  • For purchases made before February 25, 2026, only active Learn Enterprise learners can be assigned with a Learn Enterprise Exam attempt by your organization admin.
    • Learners may receive multiple exam attempts for the same or different certifications.
    • Exam scheduling follows a First In, First Out rule — learners must use any earlier assigned attempt first.
    • If a subscription is reassigned or expired, any unused and valid Learn Enterprise Exam license can be reassigned by the admin to another active learner.
    • If the Learn Enterprise Exam license is already scheduled, it can no longer be reassigned. If you need help with a license reassignment, please contact OffSec’s support team.

What happens to my Learn Enterprise Exam if my subscription is reassigned or terminated?

If your Learn Enterprise subscription is reassigned or terminated, you’re no longer eligible to use or keep your Learn Enterprise Exam attempts. Any unused exam licenses can be reassigned by your admin to another learner with an active Learn Enterprise subscription.

Why can’t I download course materials as part of my Learn Enterprise subscription?

Learn Enterprise is designed as an online-only subscription to help organizations:

  • Keep licenses flexible and reassignable when team members change,

  • Encourage learners to stay engaged and up to date with the latest content, and

  • Allow admins to accurately track training progress and usage.
