Note: You can only rate or add feedback on a machine after you have started it.
Important: Please do not use the feedback options to ask for support. If you experience any issues and need to contact our support staff, please follow the instructions here.
How to rate a machine
The easiest way to send us feedback on a machine is to rate it.
You can rate the machine from one (very easy) to five (very hard). To rate a machine:
- Click on the machine name and you will land on the Lab Info page.
- Select the Rate Level option on the left hand side, assess and submit your assessment.
How to submit a feedback on a machine
If you wish to provide us with specific details, the Feedback option is best suited for you. This will allow you to send us written feedback.
- On the Lab Info page, click Leave Feedback option on the left hand side.

Type in your input in the feedback window and click Save to submit your feedback.
