This article provides an overview of the Notification Center and its supported notifications.

Notification Center Overview

 The Notification Center (bell icon) is located in the upper-right corner of the page, next to your username, when you are logged in. It keeps you updated on important activities and achievements.

What you’ll see:

• Individual learners:
  • Exam or assessment reminders (2 weeks before the scheduled date)
  • Notifications for earned pins, badges, or certifications
• Admins:
  • Learners’ certification or assessment status updates
  • Alerts when a team member passes or fails a badge assessment
  • Notifications when a learner claims a pin, badge, or certification

Additional notification types will be added in the future.
