In order to view or download your receipt, please follow the steps below:
- While logged in, on the top right corner of the control panel, you will see your username. Click on your username to view a drop down menu.
- Select Billing from the drop down menu and you will land on your payments information page.
- To view the receipt, click 'View Receipt'.
- If you wish to download the receipt, you will see a 'Print to pdf' option at the lower right portion of the receipt.
How to update your billing information?
To make corrections or updates to your billing information, please follow these steps:
- Click on your username to view the drop-down menu.
- Select Profile settings from the drop-down menu and scroll down to the "Address Field"
- Update the necessary information and click on the "Save" button.
IMPORTANT: Kindly note that the newly updated address will reflect on your future purchases only. A disclaimer is also available under the Address field: Any updates made to your billing address will apply to future purchases only. For changes to receipts from previous purchases, please refer to this page.

Note: If you have an active subscription, a pending order will appear on your Billing page. This pending order represents the next scheduled renewal of your subscription.
