In order to change your profile, follow the steps below:

1.  After you login, click on your username to view the drop-down menu.
2. Select Personal Data from the menu to access your profile details and change your profile information. You have the ability to:
   • upload a picture,
   • change/update your name
     You cannot change your name once your profile has been verified. If you need to update your name after verification, please submit a request and our team will gladly assist.
     
   • change/update your address
   • change/update your phone number.
     
3. Once you have saved your changes, click on Library in the upper navigation bar to return to the control panel.

You cannot change your username on your own. If you need to update your username, please submit a request and our team will gladly assist.
