As the admin of your organization, you can view and monitor your learners’ progress, track your spending, and a unified view of each learner’s profile available for enterprise admins using the Reports feature in your OffSec Learning Library account.
To access or view the reports, please go through the following steps:
- Go to your 'Admin Console' button on the left hand menu.
- Click on the 'Reports
If you would like an overview of progress by content category, go to the Dashboard within the Admin console and navigate to the Engagement section. There, you’ll find a pie chart that displays the content distribution by category.
Within the Reports page, you’ll be able to view and manage the following:
1. Progress Report Generation
In the Progress tab, you can easily download a CSV report based on:
- Content Type
- Individual User Progress
- Skills Progression
For a report by content type, you can apply filters to include only the specific content you want in the report.
For a report by individual user progress, you can generate reports based on selected categories, such as:
- Book, lab & video
- Assessment
- Exam
- Challenge lab
To refine the results further, you can use the filter option next to the Download CSV button to view users who still have active access or those whose access has already ended.
Clicking the Download CSV button will open a modal where you have two options:
- Generate a New Report
- Select from Previously Generated Reports
For a report by skill, you can view the Skills Progression Report in the By Skill section of the Progress tab. This report helps you understand how your team is progressing across OffSec training content, including modules and labs. It can help you monitor learner progress over time, identify skill gaps, compare progress across learners, and support role-based learning decisions.
Filtering Options
Before generating a new report, you have the option to filter data by Group. This allows you to focus on a specific team or segment within your organization.
- No Filter Applied: The report will include data for all users.
- Group Filter Applied: The report will include only users within the selected group.
Generating a New Report
If you choose to generate a new report, a notification will appear at the top, confirming that the report is being generated. You’ll also see it listed in the table with the status Pending. Once the process is complete, the status will change to Completed.
Important Notes:
- If a report is still in Pending status, the option to generate a new report will be temporarily disabled. You can generate another report only after the previous one has completed.
- You don’t need to stay on the page while the report is being generated—it will continue running in the background. Feel free to navigate elsewhere and return later to check its progress.
Downloading a Generated Report
Once the report is ready, simply click the filename under the File column to download it.
