This article provides answers to the following questions about the OffSec Course & Cert Exam Bundle:

What is the Course & Cert Exam Bundle?

The OffSec Course & Cert Exam Bundle is a 90 day course package that provides access to:

  1. One of the 200-level courses (PEN-200, WEB-200 or SOC-200) or one of the 300-level courses (PEN-300, WEB-300, EXP-301 or EXP-312) of your choice.
  2. 90 days of training materials and lab access to the course of your choice
  3. 1 exam attempt for your selected course

How can I purchase a Course & Cert Exam Bundle?

If you are new to OffSec, and wish to purchase the Course & Cert Exam Bundle for yourself, you can do so via the following link:

Existing OffSec learners can purchase the Course & Cert Exam Bundle via the Buy More option if they are studying in the OffSec Learning Platform.

If you wish to purchase multiple Course & Cert Exam Bundles or purchase on someone else's behalf, please submit a request to our training consultants. After completing a purchase via our training consultants, you will also be able purchase new licenses via the Buy More button on your Learning Library admin account. How can I purchase a course with 90 days of access?

To purchase a course with 90 days of access, simply choose the 'Course & Cert Exam bundle' option. If you're a new student, you'll select your course during the initial registration step, opting for one of the 200-level courses (PEN-200, WEB-200, or SOC-200) or one of the 300-level courses (PEN-300, WEB-300, EXP-301, or EXP-312). Existing learners can select their desired course after completing the payment process. For more information, please refer to How does course selection work? page.

When I purchase a Course & Cert Exam Bundle, when does my access to my course starts?

If you purchase a Course & Cert Exam Bundle, you can choose a course start date within the next six weeks from the purchase date. You can modify the start date via your Course page in the OffSec Learning Platform before your access begins if you initially picked a future start date. Courses in the OffSec Learning Library are flexible, starting on any day of the week. Opting for today's date as your start initiates your lab immediately in a consecutive block of time.

Can I have multiple Course & Cert Exam Bundles running at the same time for different courses?

Yes, you can purchase multiple Course & Cert Exam Bundles for different courses and access them at the same time.

Can I purchase or select SEC-100 as my course for Course & Cert Exam Bundle?

No. SEC-100 is not available for selection as part of the Course & Cert Exam Bundle. It can be purchased as a standalone course or can be accessed through Learn Unlimited and Learn Enterprise subscription.

I do not have time to dedicate to my studies now, can I pause my Course & Cert Exam Bundle?

Once the Course & Cert Exam Bundle has started, the access to the course content will run in a consecutive block of time which cannot be paused for any reason.

Can I download the training materials for the course I have access to through the Course & Cert Exam Bundle?

Yes, learners will be able to generate a set of course materials (PDF and videos) once their access to the course starts.

When does the exam attempt expire?

Exam attempt as part of the Course & Cert Exam bundle is valid within 120 days from their lab access end date.

Can I upgrade my Course & Cert Exam Bundle to Learn One or Learn Unlimited?

Upgrades from OffSec Course and Cert Exam Bundles to a subscription are not available.

I have purchased the Course & Cert Exam Bundle via your training consultants, how can I access the course content?

If you are set as the admin for the Course and Cert Exam Bundle that was purchased, please view How to Manage Individual Products.

Can multiple individuals share the same Course & Cert Exam Bundle?

OffSec Course and Cert Exam Bundles are purchased on a per individual user basis. Login credentials may not be shared among individuals, groups, or teams or with third parties. A breach of the foregoing is a material breach of the Terms. Similar to learners who share their course materials, learners who share their login credentials will receive a lifetime ban from any future courses or offerings by OffSec and may even have their certification(s) revoked. Depending on the nature of the offense, learners may also face legal repercussions.

Am I able to purchase a lab extension after my course ends?

Yes, you may extend your access in 30-day lab increments. You may purchase a lab extension via the Buy More page at any time.

Am I able to purchase exam retakes for my Course & Cert Exam Bundle?

Absolutely! Should you need additional exam attempts, you may purchase them via your Buy More page.

Please also be reminded that all exam retakes are subject to the cooling off period.

Is there a cooling off period between exams?

Learners who are enrolled in the Course & Cert Exam Bundle may schedule and reattempt an exam as follows:

  • After the 1st failed exam, a learner may schedule an exam retake after 6 weeks from their previous exam date.
  • After the 2nd failed exam, a learner may schedule an exam retake after 8 weeks from their previous exam date.
  • After the 3rd failed exam onward, a learner may schedule an exam retake after 12 weeks from their previous exam date.
